是一个phrase（短语），而不是saying（句子）。

(2) Saying
= Aphorism

常言；俗话

哪儿都没家里好。

(3) Proverb
= Adage

谚语

Actions speak louder than words.

事实胜于雄辩。

A watched pot never boils.

心急吃不了热豆腐。

Never judge a book by its cover.

人不可貌相。

Birds of a feather flock together.

物以类聚，人以群分。

Practice makes perfect.

熟能生巧。

(4) Maxim 格言

(2)和(3)中的句子也同样可以是格言。
